Monster Mash Salon is a makeup, special effects, body-painting, and hair & wig styling salon that conjures NYC's most hypnotic, grotesque, and beautifully exotic characters for Halloween. Established in 2007 and featured on NBC Live TWICE, Monster Mash has gained a reputation as the ideal high-end yet laid back atmosphere in which average New Yorkers may transform into works of art.

 

Dani Fonseca, our lead artist and CEO of The Body of Art, is known for her creations that haunt viewers long after the makeup has been washed away. You've seen her famous skull face on Lady Gaga in "Born This Way," and her designs have been worn by Adriana Lima, Zachary Quinto, Frankie Grande, models on Project Runway, Joe from Impractical Jokers,  and has graced countless runways in Fashion Weeks around the world. She is also an I.A.T.S.E 798 MUA for Tv and Film.
